Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in human resource administration.

Skills Required:

• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
• Ability to uphold and implement HR best practices.

Job Grade: XII
Workplace: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

🟩 2. Branding and Promotion Division Manager

Educational Qualification:

• BA/MA/MSc Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Business Leadership, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years (for BA holders) or 6 years (for Master’s holders) of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years (BA) or 3 years (MA) in a Division Manager or Senior-level role.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to branding strategies.
• Excellent planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Educational Qualification:
