Action Against Hunger (ACF) is a leading international humanitarian organization dedicated to fighting the causes and effects of hunger. Established in Ethiopia in 1985, the organization has been implementing relief and development programs across multiple regions including Tigray, Amhara, Oromia, and others.

Over the years, Action Against Hunger has played a critical role in responding to food insecurity, drought emergencies, and resilience-building initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods and promoting long-term community stability.

🔹 Position: ICT Officer

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized institution.

💼 Professional Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a humanitarian or NGO context.

⚙️ Key Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in providing technical IT support and assistance across departments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to prepare technical reports and documentation in English.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (2010–2016), including Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in IT troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance, and network management.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies and LAN/WAN setup.
• Adaptable, patient, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
