Position: Graduate Trainee (Fresh Graduate Program 2025)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related business fields from a recognized university.

Graduation Year:

• 2025 G.C / 2017 E.C graduates only.

Minimum CGPA:

• 2.50 and above.

Exit Exam Result:

• Minimum score of 50% and above.

Job Description

The Graduate Trainee Program aims to attract, develop, and retain young and talented graduates who are passionate about banking.
Upon successful completion of a 2–3 month intensive training program (both on-the-job and off-the-job), trainees will be assigned to various branches across the country and are required to commit to a three-year service period with the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash transactions at the branch counter.
• Receive and pay cash against verified instruments.
• Maintain accurate daily records of transactions.
• Stamp, validate, and reconcile daily cash balances.
• Ensure all activities comply with Bank policies and operational procedures.
