Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C. is a licensed share company regulated by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Micro-Financing Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and its amendment Proclamation No. 1164/2019. The institution officially began operations on October 22, 2022, with license number MFI/055/2022.

Akufada Micro Finance is dedicated to providing financial and non-financial services to low- and middle-income communities, including affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance products, contributing to the sustainable development of Ethiopia’s economy.

Available Positions

1. Accountant

Location: Mojo Sub-Branch
Salary: 23,566 ETB

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in microfinance or banking sector.

2. Junior Procurement Officer

Location: Head Office
Salary: 23,566 ETB

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Material Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in microfinance or banking sector.

3. Customer Service Officer

Location: Mojo Sub-Branch
Salary: 18,293 ETB

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in microfinance or banking sector.

4. Cashier

Locations: Addis Ababa Area & Mojo Sub-Branch
Salary: 18,293 ETB

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in microfinance or relevant work experience.

5. Marketing & Communication Officer

Location: Head Office
Salary: 26,629 ETB

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Marketing Communication, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in microfinance or banking sector.
