1. Grants Manager (GM)
Your Mission:
Play a key role in developing and implementing ALIMA’s funding strategies, in close collaboration with the Heads of Mission.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic donor relationships.

Prepare, review, and oversee documents submitted to funding partners.
-
Represent ALIMA to donors as delegated by the Head of Mission.

Supervise and support a Donor Relations Officer when applicable.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree with at least 1 year of field experience in donor management.
-
Excellent knowledge of donor procedures and compliance requirements.
-
Strong writing skills in French and English.
-
Exceptional communication and coordination abilities with multicultural teams.
-
Proven leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills.
2. Grants Officer (GO)
Your Mission:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of donor-related documents and support field operations through effective grant management.
Main Responsibilities

Draft project proposals and narrative reports.

Monitor deadlines and ensure contractual compliance.

Conduct research and identify new funding opportunities.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in International Relations, Development Studies, or Law.

Initial experience (internship or employment) in grants, reporting, or project coordination.

Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English.

Strong motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
