1. Transformation Projects Management Officer

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management.

Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting transformational projects from initiation to completion. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the Bank’s objectives.

2. Strategy Implementation and Follow-Up Officer

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in a Business-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Professional courses in strategy or related fields are an added advantage.

Supports the execution of Awash Bank’s corporate strategy. Responsible for monitoring, follow-up, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

3. Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualification & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in cost consulting or quantity surveying (preferably in building construction projects).
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management is preferred.

Job Summary:
Manages all construction and maintenance project costs, working with engineers, architects, and contractors. Provides expert advice on cost control, procurement, and contract negotiations.

4. Principal Strategic Customer Recruitment Officer

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.

Job Summary:
Leads strategic customer recruitment to expand Awash Bank’s client base. Develops acquisition strategies, identifies growth opportunities, and implements plans to meet customer targets.

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 8 years’ banking experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Job Summary:
Manages overall branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies. Responsible for branch sales, customer service, budgeting, and reporting.
