💼 1. Senior Attorney

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B)

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Bank before judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals.
• Provide legal advice, draft contracts, and prepare case documents.
• Handle foreclosure and related legal cases efficiently.

💼 2. Principal System Administrator

Educational Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT operations experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead system administration role (service monitoring/NOC).

Preferred Certifications (an advantage):

• ITIL, RHCE, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware VCP, Oracle OCP, IBM DB2, CCNP, Kubernetes (CKA), AWS SysOps, Splunk Certified Admin, or certifications in Linux/Unix.

💼 3. Principal Fund Management Accountant

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• ACCA certificate is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Bank’s liquidity position and fund availability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Provide guidance to accountants and assistant accountants.

💼 4. Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Business-related fields (such as Management, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or Economics).
• MA/MBA in Business-related field is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Additional training in credit management, leadership, or domestic and international banking operations is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and supervise branch operations.
• Oversee customer service, sales initiatives, and staff performance.
• Prepare and submit budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.
