Currently, Awash Insurance S.C. invites qualified and competent applicants for the following vacant positions:

1. General Technician

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Woodwork, Carpentry or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years.
• Required Number: 1
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal communication.
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written).
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.

2. Building Administrator Officer

• Qualification: BA or Diploma in Management or related.
• Experience: 2 years (BA) / 4 years (Diploma).
• Required Number: 1
• Skills: Same as above.

3. Senior Procurement Contract Administrator

• Qualification: BA in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics or related.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years.
• Required Number: 1

4. Supervisor, Legal Recovery

• Qualification: LLB in Law.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years.
• Required Number: 1

5. Supervisor, Legal Advisory

• Qualification: LLB in Law.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years.
• Required Number: 1

6. Supervisor, Capital Market Project Analyst

• Qualification: BA in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years.
• Required Number: 1

7. Manager, Recruitment and On-Boarding

• Qualification: MA/MBA in HRM, Business Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related.
• Experience: 10 years (including 3 years in a managerial role).
• Required Number: 1
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High integrity and professional disposition.
  • Ability to design and implement strategic and operational plans.
  • Business & financial acumen with innovative and visionary thinking.
  • Strong operational management skills.
