Available Job Positions

1. Junior Operator – Production (Fresh Graduates)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• 0–2 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to company values.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Email).

Location: Hawassa

2. Driver (Female Candidates Only)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Grade 10/12 completed education.
• Valid automobile driving license.
• Fluency in Amharic and English (French language is an advantage).

Location: Addis Ababa

3. Data Encoder

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Manufacturing Technology, or IT.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a factory or industrial setting.
• Awareness of safety standards and food hygiene practices.

Location: (Zebidar) Gubre

4. Sales System Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG (with at least 1 year in application development).
• Strong knowledge of sales operations and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
• Experience in sales force automation is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication in Amharic and English.
• Field sales experience is an added advantage.
