Big Star Academy (BSA) – DMC Branch, in collaboration with Derba Midroc Cement (DMC) Factory, is inviting applications from passionate and qualified educators who are eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners.

BSA is a well-established private school offering education from Pre-KG to Grade 8, located in Sululta and within the Derba Midroc Cement Factory premises. 🔹 Position 1: Kindergarten Teachers (Main & Assistant)

Kindergarten Assistant Teacher

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for early childhood education

Kindergarten Main Teacher

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education
• Excellent English communication and classroom management skills
• Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with children

🔹 Position 2: Primary School Subject Teachers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in primary grades
• Strong command of English and subject knowledge
• Effective classroom management and use of innovative teaching methods

• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
