Moja Travels is looking for 4 dynamic, tech-savvy, and creative female professionals to join our team in Addis Ababa. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in customer-facing roles, has a passion for digital content creation, and is ready to grow in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service both in person and through digital platforms
- Support day-to-day sales activities and handle client communications
- Create and manage video and other digital content for social media and promotional use
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with an external marketing team to align content with campaigns and branding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong computer skills,
- Basic video editing, social media management, and content creation is a plus
- Ability to work quickly, flexibly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
