🔹 Position: Senior Branch Loan Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in lending or credit analysis are an advantage.

💼 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in consumer or commercial lending, preferably within a microfinance institution.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or senior loan officer role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan disbursement and recovery targets.

⚙️ Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of loan products, credit policies, and underwriting procedures.
• Excellent financial analysis and credit evaluation skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in loan management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
