Salary: 8,000 ETB – 130,000 ETB per month (base + commission)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and dispatch loads for U.S.-based trucking companies.

Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and shippers.

Build and maintain relationships with carriers and drivers.

Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.

Handle transport-related issues quickly and effectively.

Complete and review dispatch paperwork accurately.

Ensure drivers meet delivery deadlines and service standards.
Requirements

Previous experience in truck dispatching or logistics (preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with load boards such as DAT or TruckStop is an advantage.

Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, and email tools).

Proactive, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
