In partnership with Yazawa Spare Parts, Ethiopia’s first dedicated spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs), Dodai is expanding its team to support the country’s growing EV ecosystem. We are currently looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our dynamic workforce.

Available Job Positions

1. Accounting Intern (Fresh Graduates) – Addis Ababa

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• No prior experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong math skills and computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance team in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
• Perform data entry, filing, and accurate record-keeping.
• Process and reconcile sales transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of the final trial balance.
• Work with bookkeeping software and liaise with relevant government offices when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
• Learn and support various accounting and office operations.

2. Marketing Specialist – Addis Ababa

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in fast-paced industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and creative thinking ability.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in market research and campaign ROI measurement.

3. Graphic Designer – Addis Ababa

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video production, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and video production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
