An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company – Ethiopia. East Africa Bottling Share Company ( EABSC) works with the world’s most cherished trademark; invests in the most sophisticated production system in the world and employ people who are prepared to work with passion and focus.

The position is structured to report to the Depot Manager – Dire Dawa Plant and responsible to supervise the Fleet team and vehicle maintenance management.

Position 1: Country Lead: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Education

  • BA degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and employer branding, of which 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Talent Development Expertise: Strong understanding of talent development strategies, including performance management, career development, succession planning, and learning initiatives.

Skills

  • Should have a comprehensive skill set that combines HR knowledge, leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on employee development and organizational growth.
  • Ability to think strategically, drive results, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of talent development professionals, including providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, present ideas, and convey complex information clearly.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking to assess the effectiveness of talent development programs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor talent development projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions to talent development challenges, such as implementing new learning technologies or strategies.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Skill in building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry experts to support talent development initiatives and stay updated on best practices.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Business Analyst-Finance

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • First Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields with a minimum of 5 years experience in financial analysis, reporting, or finance systems management, preferably within a complex or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation of insights.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in revenue management and awareness of industry trends.
  • Customer-focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and effective under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Capable of leading and coaching teams to achieve results.
  • Committed to execution excellence and high standards in financial activities.
  • Project management and programming experience are advantageous.
