💼 1. Junior Procurement Officer
Educational Qualification:

BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 6 months of experience in procurement or related fields, preferably in the banking sector.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
💼 2. Customer Service Specialist (IFB)
Educational Qualification:
-
BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
Experience:
-
At least 1 year of experience in customer service operations within the banking industry.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Place of Work: Dire Dawa IFB Branch
💼 3. Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B (IFB)
Educational Qualification:
-
BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Banking & Insurance, or related fields.
Experience:
-
A minimum of 3.5 years of banking experience, including 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or an equivalent position.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Place of Work: Dire Dawa IFB Branch
💼 4. Senior Customer Service Specialist
Educational Qualification:

BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience:

Minimum of 1.5 years of banking experience, with at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist role.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Place of Work: Dire Dawa IFB Branch
💼 5. Branch Manager – Grade C (IFB)
Educational Qualification:
-
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

OR BA Degree in the same fields.
Experience:

For MA/MBA holders: Minimum of 6.5 years of experience in the banking industry.

For BA holders: Minimum of 8.5 years of experience, including 2 years as a Customer Service Manager Grade B or 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
