1. Accountant II

Number of Positions: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years as Accountant I or Junior Accountant.

Key Competencies:

• Strong ability to plan, organize, and control financial operations.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Competence in analyzing financial statements.
• Understanding of insurance operations and survey procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

2. Legal Officer II

Number of Positions: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Qualification:

• LLB or LLM in Business Law, Corporate Law, or related disciplines.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years as Legal Officer I or Junior Legal Officer.

Key Competencies:

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal frameworks and financial laws.
• Ability to manage and resolve legal matters within corporate settings.
• Familiarity with insurance-related legal and compliance issues.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.

3. Senior Engineering Officer

Number of Positions: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Auto, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance-related engineering roles.

Key Competencies:

• Technical and analytical ability to assess engineering-related insurance risks.
• Strong understanding of pre- and post-risk survey assessments.
• Ability to evaluate and report on technical and financial matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Disbursement & Budget Division Manager

Number of Positions: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Qualification:

• BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment & Securities Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• For BA holders: Minimum of 8 years, including 4 years at senior/principal level.
• For MA holders: Minimum of 6 years, including 3 years at senior/principal level.

Key Competencies:

• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and disbursement management skills.
• Deep understanding of financial laws and reporting standards.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
