Current Vacancies

1. Dean – School of Aerospace Engineering

Registration Period: October 8 – October 14, 2025
Location: Ethiopian Airlines Headquarters, Ethiopian Airports Building (Recruitment Office)

Qualification Requirements:

• Ph.D. or higher in Engineering or related field earned in residence through a full-time accredited program.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a Head or equivalent leadership role.
• Diploma or higher in aviation-related training is preferred.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is desirable.

2. Dean – School of Aerospace Management & Operations

Registration Period: October 8 – October 14, 2025
Location: Ethiopian Airlines Headquarters, Ethiopian Airports Building (Recruitment Office)

Qualification Requirements:

• Ph.D. or terminal degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Operations, Business Administration (with aviation focus), or a related field, earned in residence through a full-time accredited program.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a Head or equivalent leadership role.
• Diploma or above in aviation-related training is preferred.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is desirable.
