๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Position Summary โ€“ F&B Service Expert

As an F&B Service Expert (Guest Service Expert), you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for guests. Your mission goes beyond serving food and beverages โ€” youโ€™ll contribute to the overall hospitality experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued, comfortable, and satisfied.

You will support daily restaurant operations by setting up tables, communicating with kitchen staff, serving guests professionally, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the service areas.


๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm, professional dining experience.
  • Set tables, serve food and beverages, and clear tables efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas.
  • Follow Marriott International standards, policies, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and appearance at all times.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in all areas of operation.

๐ŸŽ“ Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience (hospitality experience is an advantage).
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • License/Certification: Not required.

๐Ÿ’ช Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Comfortable working on uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform physically active tasks as part of daily service operations.
