Full-stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Fullstack Developer with expertise in NestJS and React to join our engineering team and help deliver robust digital products and platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling web applications using modern technologies in the MERN stack—with a focus on back-end services powered by NestJS and rich front-end interfaces built in React. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, production-grade projects alongside a highly collaborative and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using NestJS, ORM and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Translate business requirements into efficient and clean code
• Ensure the quality of code through unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews
• Optimize performance and scalability of both front-end and back-end codebases
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Write clear documentation and maintain development best practices
• Take ownership of project deliverables and deliver work on time

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack web development with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with NestJS and its ecosystem
• Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, functional components, context, etc.)
• Understanding of a web-application’s life-cycle and security
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and RESTful API design
• Experience working with Git, GitHub, and modern development workflows
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Puppeteer, Cypress, etc.)
• Good understanding of software architecture, system design, and security best practices
• English proficiency at С1 level or higher (spoken and written)
• Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
• Russian language proficiency is a plus
