Goh Betoch Bank is Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank, officially inaugurated on October 25 as the 21st bank in the country. It was founded by a group of 11 visionary professionals, including veteran bankers, investors, and academicians, who share a strong commitment to national development and social progress.
The establishment of Goh Betoch Bank was driven by the need to address Ethiopia’s growing housing shortage, unaffordable construction costs, and limited access to mortgage financing.
Educational Qualification:
10th or 12th Grade Completion Certificate.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Having a PBX Certificate is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or a related business field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting.
