Goh Betoch Bank S.C, Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank, is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for several vacant positions, including its Graduate Trainee Program for 2025.

Established with over 6,600 shareholders and a paid-up capital exceeding 500 million Birr, Goh Betoch Bank officially began operations on October 25 as the 21st private bank in Ethiopia. The Bank’s headquarters and first branch are located on Africa Avenue (Bole Road), Abderuf Building, near the Japan Embassy, Addis Ababa.

💼 1. Graduate Trainee

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other related business fields.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates only (0 years of experience).
• Graduates of 2025 G.C. with a minimum CGPA of 3.75 and above.
• Must have passed the national exit exam.

Salary: Attractive and as per the Bank’s salary scale.
Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jigjiga, Mizan Aman, and Legetafo Branches.

💼 2. Junior System Administration Officer

Educational Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer network design (LAN/WAN) and implementation.
• Experience in system administration within a heterogeneous environment (especially UNIX and VMware) is an added advantage.

Work Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa

💼 3. Customer Service Officer III

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other related business fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jigjiga, Mizan Aman, and Legetafo Branches.

💼 4. Branch Manager

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory position.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jigjiga, Mizan Aman, and Legetafo Branches.
