Sky Medical Supplies is seeking a dependable and tech-savvy problem solver to support our growing remote team.
In this role, you’ll ensure our digital systems run efficiently, securely, and without interruption. You’ll handle Content Management System (CMS) troubleshooting, version control, Linux systems maintenance, helping the team stay productive and connected.
What you’ll do
- Provide day-to-day IT support to remote team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS platforms, networks, and system performance.
- Manage and maintain development versions using tools (e.g., Git).
- Monitor and optimize Linux-based environments to ensure performance, reliability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and technical efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience and familiarity working with CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress) and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or GitLab.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable remote setup with a stable internet connection and personal computer.
