Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Office Architectural Designer to join our Berbera team — someone with strong design skills, attention to detail, and a passion for architecture.

Key Competencies

Skilled in 3D design with both artistic and technical talent

Ability to support senior architects and contribute to team objectives

Expertise in high-end rendering techniques and architectural visualization

Proficiency in creating architectural animations for presentations and client approvals

Strong sense of composition, lighting, style, and visual storytelling

Efficient workflow management to ensure clean, well-structured, transferable models and scenes

Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in complex 3D environments

Eagerness to learn emerging tools and technologies

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture

2–3 years of experience in architectural design or 3D visualization

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop

Experience in architectural animations is highly desirable

Additional skills in V-Ray, Enscape, or other visualization software are advantageous

Experience in client meetings and relationship management is a plus

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

1. Design & Documentation

Develop sketches, detailed drawings, interior layouts, and presentation materials

Produce graphic drawings and architectural documentation to support design intent

Contribute to the architectural design process ensuring creativity and technical accuracy

2. Visualization, 3D Production & Animation

Create and manage 3D models including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation

Maintain quality and consistency of all 3D visualization and animation outputs

Ensure efficient workflow management and high visual/technical standards

3. Team Collaboration & Support

Support senior architects in concept development, design detailing, and documentation

Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers

Maintain organized drawing files and consistent design standards
