MTI Ethiopia is currently hiring qualified and motivated professionals for the following positions:
1οΈβ£ Finance Officer β Addis Ababa
π Education, Licenses & Certifications

Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting or a related field.
π Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting.
π Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-
Basic knowledge of non-profit accounting.
-
Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software such as Sage, Unit4, etc.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools (Word, Teams).

Ability to explain financial processes to non-finance staff.
-
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
-
Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping abilities.

Integrity, ethical conduct, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

2οΈβ£ Logistics & Admin Officer β Jijiga
π Education, Licenses & Certifications

Bachelorβs Degree in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

Experience working with INGOs (International NGOs) is required.

Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) preferred.
π Experience
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement and logistics.
-
Experience with donor-funded projects (UN, USAID, etc.) and asset/procurement compliance is an added advantage.
π Knowledge
-
Strong understanding of supply chain management (procurement, tendering, contracting, clearance, warehousing, distribution, transport, fleet, and asset management).

Proficiency in ERP systems.
-
Familiarity with donor-specific logistics procedures and grant requirements.
π Skills
-
Skilled in using ERP systems for inventory and logistics management.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases).
-
Effective communication in Amharic, Somali, and English.
π Abilities

Ability to ensure asset security and ethical use of resources.

High organizational and quantitative ability.

Strong record-keeping with accuracy.
