Medical Teams International (MTI) is a global humanitarian organization providing medical and dental care in more than 30 countries. Established in 1979, MTI sends volunteer medical professionals and vital supplies to disaster zones and supports long-term health and development programs.

About the Role

The Program Intern will support Medical Teams International’s ongoing health programs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in humanitarian and health project management while serving communities in need.


Education, Licenses, & Certification

  • BSc degree in a health-related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.6 and above

Experience

  • Open to fresh graduates – no prior experience required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Self-motivated and passionate about serving others
  • Respectful and culturally sensitive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing environments and basic living conditions
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to travel frequently to field sites and rural health facilities

Physical Conditions

  • Frequent travel to remote health facilities with basic living conditions is required
