Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a licensed and established Commercial Microfinance Institution operating under the National Bank of Ethiopia’s revised proclamation No. 626/2009. The institution provides both financial and non-financial services to micro, small, and medium enterprises as well as low-income individuals, especially women, across urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

The institution is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following position:

Position: Customer Relation Officer

Educational Qualification:
Level IV or Diploma and above in Accounting, Banking, or related fields.
COC (Certificate of Competency) is mandatory.

Work Experience:
One year of experience or open to fresh graduates with relevant academic background.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Good understanding of participatory and sustainable development principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Amharic and English.

Terms of Employment: Permanent
Salary: As per the institution’s salary scale
Duty Station: Ayer Tena Branch, Addis Ababa
