Available Job Positions

1. Associate Succession & Performance Management Officer

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related fields

Experience:

• 4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years must be as a Succession and Performance Management Officer or equivalent
  OR
• 6 years of total experience, with 2 years as a Junior Succession and Performance Management Officer

Place of Work: Head Office
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale with attractive benefits

2. Succession & Performance Management Officer

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as an Associate Succession and Performance Management Officer or equivalent role

Place of Work: Head Office
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale with attractive benefits

3. Senior Succession & Performance Management Officer

Qualification:

• MA or BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields

Experience:

• 4 years (MA) or 6 years (BA) of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a Succession and Performance Management Officer or equivalent position

Place of Work: Head Office
