🔹 Position 1: Senior Digital Application Management Officer

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification:

• MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.

Experience:

• 4 years (MSc holders) or 6 years (BSc holders) of relevant banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Application Management Officer or in a related core banking system position.

🔹 Position 2: Principal Digital Application Management Officer

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification:

• MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or closely related disciplines.

Experience:

• 5 years (MSc holders) or 7 years (BSc holders) of relevant banking experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Senior Digital Application Management Officer or in a comparable core banking business position.

🔹 Position 3: Manager – Back Office Applications Management

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification:

• MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 8 years (MSc holders) or 10 years (BSc holders) of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years at an Expert, Principal, Supervisory, or equivalent managerial level in Back Office Applications Management.
• Prior experience with core banking system (CBS) back-office applications — such as COB cycles, system upgrades, and incident resolution — is a strong advantage.
