Omo Bank, formerly Omo Microfinance, is one of Ethiopia’s largest microfinance institutions. It is advancing toward becoming a full-fledged bank, joining Amhara and Oromia microfinance institutions in this transformation.

Previously, Omo was among the top five microfinance institutions in Ethiopia, accounting for:

• 82.6% of total capital
• 90% of savings
• 85.9% of credit in the microfinance market

The bank mobilized over 7 billion Birr in deposits last year, bringing its total deposits to 36 billion Birr, demonstrating strong financial growth and market presence.

Available Job Positions

Position 1: Security Guard

Location: Main Branch, Addis Ababa
Qualification: 10th Grade complete
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefits package

Position 2: Chief Security Officer

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA or Diploma/Level IV in Police Science, Security Management, Management, or related fields
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years as a high-ranking police or military officer, or equivalent
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefits package
