Job Summary

The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting HR planning, process flow analysis, and job design.
  • Driving employee engagement and organizational culture-building initiatives.
  • Supporting the delivery of people and organizational development strategies aligned with Dashen Bank’s values.
  • Leading and contributing to organizational change projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized university.
  • Professional HR qualification(s) are an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in HR, organizational development, or related fields.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong HR and business administration background.
  • Knowledge of linking business strategy to HR and people strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of organizational development and effectiveness principles.
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian employment and labour relations law.
  • Knowledge of best HR practices, organizational design, and culture-building tools.
  • Ability to analyze employee feedback data to enhance engagement.
  • Proven track record in organizational change and OD project delivery.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (quantitative & qualitative).
