🧾 Eligibility Criteria

• Must have graduated in 2024 with a First Degree from Government Universities in Ethiopia.
• Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.50 or above.
• Must have graduated within the last 12 months from the date of application.

⚙️ Selection Process

Safaricom Ethiopia follows a transparent, merit-based, and objective selection process:

1. Independent Online Assessment:
   • Initial screening and testing are conducted independently to ensure fairness and impartiality.
2. Comprehensive Evaluation:
   • Candidates are evaluated through multiple structured assessments aligned with Safaricom’s core competencies.
3. Competency-Based Selection:

4. Final Selection & Enrollment:
   • Selected candidates will join on a two-year fixed-term contract under the Graduate Management Trainee Program.
