1. Customer Relationship Officer

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years (including 1 year as Junior Officer or equivalent in the banking industry).
  • Location: Branches under all Districts.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years (including 1 year as Internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or equivalent in banking).
  • Location: Branches under all Districts.

3. Siinqee Ihsan Customer Accounts Officer

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3–4 years (including 1 year as Associate Ihsan Customer Accounts-II or equivalent).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Job Grade: X
  • Salary: As per Bank scale.

4. Senior Credit Analysis & Appraisal Officer – II

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5–6 years (including 1 year as SCAO, CRM, ICRM, CSM-I, Operations Manager-II, or equivalent).
  • Location: Hawassa District Office.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Salary: As per Bank scale.

5. Associate Siinqee Ihsan MF-CRM II

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years (including 1 year as Associate Ihsan MF-CRM I or equivalent).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Job Grade: IX
  • Salary: As per Bank scale.

6. Corporate Ihsan Appraisal Officer

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5–6 years (including 1 year as Ihsan Appraisal Officer or Retail Ihsan CRM).
  • Employment Type: Permanent (after probation).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Job Grade: XII

7. Corporate Senior Siinqee Ihsan CRM II

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5–6 years (including 1 year as Corporate Ihsan or Retail Ihsan CRM).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Salary: As per Bank scale.

8. Branch Manager

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4–5 years in banking (including 1 year as Manager Banking Operations I, CSM-I, or equivalent).
  • Location: Branches across all Districts.
  • Job Grade: XI
  • Salary: As per Bank scale.

9. Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5–6 years in banking (including 1 year as Branch Manager or equivalent).
  • Location: Branches across all Districts.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Salary: As per Bank scale.

10. Branch Manager III

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8–9 years (including 2 years as Team Leader or BM-II).
  • Location: Nekemte District (Nekemte Branch).
  • Job Grade: XIV
  • Salary: As per Bank scale.

11. Manager – Customer Relationship Management

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8–9 years (including 2 years as Team Leader or BM-II).
  • Location: Hawassa District Office.
  • Job Grade: XIV

12. Manager – Stakeholders Relationship Management

  • Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, HRM, or Economics.
  • Experience: 8–9 years (including 2 years as Team Leader or Senior Officer-II in Employee/Stakeholder Relations).
  • Locations:
    • Hawassa District (Guji Zone – Adola)
