🧾 Available Positions

1. Card Back Office Representative

Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BA Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related business support functions.

Key Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

2. Card Back Office Supervisor

Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BSc/BA Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of marketing or sales experience. Additional training in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional with high integrity.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

3. Real Estate and Insurance Officer

Location: Addis Ababa
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience working with land management offices in Addis Ababa and regional areas.

Key Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Persistence and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and teamwork spirit.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to regional offices.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
