Educational Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for safety and continuous improvement.

Key Competencies and Skills

• Excellent communication and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Sound understanding of technical and process safety principles.
• Strong organizational, planning, and observation abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver results efficiently.

Program Overview

The Graduate Trainee – Safety Program aims to equip young professionals with the knowledge and experience required to become skilled Safety Officers. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and structured training, participants will gain expertise in hazard identification, risk management, and compliance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety standards in a modern brewery environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System across departments.
• Participate in workplace risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Conduct safety observations and monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
• Assist in organizing toolbox meetings, safety training, and awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze safety data for reporting and continuous improvement.
