Available Positions

Position 1: Documentation/Filing Clerk

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, IT, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in documentation or clerical work
Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications
  Salary: As per company scale

Position 2: Human Capital Management Officer II

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration & Development Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 1 year as a training officer
Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Advanced computer skills
  Salary: As per company scale

Position 3: Senior Accountant

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance
Experience: Minimum of 4 years relevant post-qualification experience (at least 1 year as Accountant)
Skills Required:

• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  Salary: As per company scale

Position 4: Senior Programmer

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or Engineering (Software focus)
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software programming
Technical Skills:

• Programming: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frameworks: .NET, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
  Salary: As per company scale

Position 5: Supervisor – Legal Service

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: LLB
Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in the insurance industry
Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong command of English
• Good knowledge of Ethiopian insurance laws
  Salary: As per company scale

Position 6: Manager – Legal Service

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: LLB or LLM in Business or Corporate Law
Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant post-qualification experience, including either:

• 2 years as Principal Attorney/Section Head/Legal Head, OR
• 4 years in supervisory/senior position (with 4 years in insurance)
  Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent legal and analytical ability
• Proficiency in English and computer applications
  Salary: Negotiable
