VisionFund Micro Finance Institution S.C. (VisionFund MFI) is a legally established financial institution operating under Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in both rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. The institution currently operates in four regional states across the country, empowering low-income families and entrepreneurs through access to credit and financial inclusion programs.

VisionFund MFI is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following position:

Position Title: Junior Customer Service Officer

Terms of Employment: Permanent
Location: Branches under South Regional Operation
Salary: As per the institution’s salary scale
Closing Date: October 29, 2025

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should meet the following requirements through a combination of formal education, practical experience, or on-the-job training:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Public Administration, Rural Development, Cooperative Management, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related fields of study.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in customer service, finance, or microfinance.

• Determined and self-motivated personality with initiative and perseverance.
