Position 1: Legal Officer I
Location: Head Office
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related fields
Experience: Minimum of one year experience as Legal Officer II or in a similar role
Job Summary:
The Legal Officer I provides legal support through research, documentation, and advisory services. The role involves preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, training employees on legal matters, and reporting on legal case progress.
Position 2: Senior Legal Officer
Location: Head Office
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related fields
Experience: Minimum of one year experience as Legal Officer I or equivalent
Job Summary:
The Senior Legal Officer offers professional legal advice, conducts research, drafts and reviews documents, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. The position also supports management by updating them on new legal developments and reporting case statuses regularly.
Position 3: Branch Manager IV – IFB
Location: Wegagen Amana Adama Branch
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience: At least one year experience as Business Manager III – IFB, Assistant Branch Manager II – IFB, or Customer Service Supervisor II – IFB
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing Islamic Banking operations at the branch, promoting sustainable growth, and ensuring profitability through effective service delivery and customer relationship management.
Position 4: Branch Manager IV
Location: Under Jimma District
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience: At least one year experience as Business Manager III – IFB, Assistant Branch Manager II – IFB, or Customer Service Supervisor II – IFB
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager IV supports the Bank’s growth and profitability by leading branch operations, marketing banking products, improving service efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Position 5: Branch Manager III
Location: Under Jimma District
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of three years in banking or financial services, with at least one year as Branch Manager IV or equivalent
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager III is responsible for overseeing branch performance, driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing customer relationships to achieve the Bank’s goals.
