Thus, the Bank is looking for professionals with vibrant track records for the following vacant positions with attractive Salaries and benefits packages.
Education Level Relevant: Diploma with four years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field (COC is mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 4 years (if Diploma) or relevant Bachelor’s with no explicit experience required.
Job Purpose: To support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day-to-day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services.
Place of Work: Head Office.
Education Level Relevant: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
Experience: At least 1 year as Branch Manager III-IFB or Assistant Branch Manager II-IFB/Customer Service Supervisor II-IFB.
Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the branch.
Place of Work: Wegagen Amana Kemise Branch.
Education Level Relevant: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the banking or financial services industry with at least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or equivalent.
Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the branch.
Place of Work: Dilla Branch.
Education Level Relevant: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Construction Projects as Project Engineer or equivalent.
Job Purpose: To manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, inspections, and project closeout.
Place of Work: Head Office.
