Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related business fields.
Experience Requirement:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience.
Key Competencies:
-
Good understanding of general financial products and banking services.
-
Sound knowledge of bank accounting systems, procedures, and branch operations.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.
-
Ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Working knowledge of the core banking system.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent front-office customer service at the branch.

Handle customer account maintenance, payments, deposits, and collections.

Process both cash and non-cash transactions accurately.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with the bank’s policies and standards.

Support the branch team in meeting customer satisfaction and service goals.
