Position 1: Event Coordination Officer

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Hospitality/Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or other Business-related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage internal and external company events, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Handle event communications, invitations, and promotional content.
• Provide on-site event support and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations for improvement.

Position 2: Security Service Supervisor

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Military Science, Policing, or related fields.
• Military/Police Officers training is mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
