Founded in 2014, Tiko addresses the “Triple Threat” of early pregnancy, HIV, and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) by combining technology, community engagement, and health system collaboration.

Position Overview
Tiko is seeking two Ecosystem Coordinators (maternity cover) based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Ecosystem Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for actors in Tiko’s ecosystems, helping to resolve questions, support compliance, and ensure smooth operations. Field visits to ecosystems across Ethiopia are an essential part of the role.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to questions from ecosystem actors via phone, email, or other communication channels, resolving issues or escalating as needed.

Ensure proper branding and compliance at each ecosystem actor location.

Coordinate with field teams to ensure activities run efficiently.

Identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud or misconduct in the ecosystems, including reporting violations of Tiko’s code of conduct.

Map, set up, and onboard new ecosystem actors, ensuring effective contractual agreements.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in mobile apps, messaging platforms, and digital tools.

Requirements

Currently based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (mandatory).

Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in a similar field.

3+ years of experience in Mental Health, HIV, or Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) programming.

Experience in clinical or programmatic settings related to AGYW programming.

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
