Role Overview

The Liaison Officer will coordinate communication and relationships between Metropolitan Real Estate PLC and external stakeholders. The role requires strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to support collaboration and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Fresh graduate or 1+ years of experience in a related role preferred
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to analyze situations, think critically, and make strategic decisions
• Proactive, responsible, and professional attitude
• Prior experience in liaison or procurement roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of engineering, construction, or design is preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships
• Capable of working in high-pressure environments and handling multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, patient, and persistent problem-solver
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
• Basic computer skills
